Our client is looking for someone with 1-2 years experience under their belt who will work closely with their Associate Director who manages their Auckland and North Island business. In this superb development role, your responsibilities would be networking, talent acquisition, meeting with candidates and clients and fine tuning your skills to springboard your career. Seeking an individual who can work with existing relationships and manage senior level projects as well as some more intermediate level roles in both permanent and contract capacities, this is an opportunity for an entry level recruiter with 1-2 years experience to join a dynamic brand and elevate their career. It will give the right individual some great exposure to mid to senior level roles with a very experienced recruiter to mentor from and provides that career path into end to end consulting role. With a national team size of about 22, this business has fostered a strong and positive culture. This opportunity will present the successful applicant with a balance of what it’s like to support existing/retained business as well as provide that career path into client management through exposure to business development and more. We are looking for:

Salary Range
